How Wambolt collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with us.

Effective Date: Oct 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Anchor Travel Solutions, Inc., doing business as Wambolt ("Wambolt," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit wambolt.co (the "Website"), sign up for communications, place an order or pre-order, or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy is part of our Policies & Terms.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Website, our email and text communications, our social media pages, customer support, and in-person events such as trade shows. Our Website and products are intended for customers in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, product interests, order and pre-order information, warranty claim details (including photos or videos you send), reviews, survey responses, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. Device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and other interactions with the Website and our emails. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

3. Where We Get Information

  • Directly from you, online or in person, including at trade shows and events.
  • Automatically, when you use the Website or open our emails.
  • From other Wambolt customers or Founder's List members who refer you to us.
  • From social media platforms when you interact with our pages or ads, according to your settings on those platforms.
  • From service providers that help us run our business, such as shipping carriers and fraud-prevention tools.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • process and fulfill purchases, pre-orders, and deposits;
  • provide order, production, shipping, and delivery updates;
  • handle returns, warranty claims, and customer-support requests;
  • send marketing communications you have signed up for, and manage your preferences;
  • run promotions, Founder's Edition pricing, and referral programs;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Website and our products;
  • understand how visitors use the Website and respond to our communications;
  • show relevant advertising, subject to your choices in Section 8;
  • protect the security of the Website, our customers, and our systems, and prevent fraud; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Policies & Terms.

5. Email and Text Communications

Email. If you sign up for Wambolt updates, we will send product announcements, launch and pre-order information, company news, and other marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Text messages. If you opt in to text messages, we will send marketing and order-related texts to the number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

If you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional messages about your orders, pre-orders, warranty claims, or account.

Referrals. If you give us a friend's contact information to refer them, we use it only to send the referral invitation and track the referral. You confirm you have their permission to share it.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the Website work, remember your preferences, measure traffic and usage, understand which ads and emails are effective, and show you relevant ads on other sites and platforms.

You can limit or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Website features may not work properly as a result. Cookie and consent controls are available where required by law.

7. How We Share Information

We share personal information with service providers that perform services for us, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include providers of:

  • ecommerce, hosting, and checkout;
  • payment processing;
  • email and text marketing;
  • shipping, fulfillment, and warehousing;
  • analytics and advertising;
  • social media management; and
  • customer support.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect Wambolt, our customers, or others from harm, fraud, or misuse, or to enforce our Policies & Terms. If Wambolt is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We also share information when you direct us to or consent.

8. Targeted Advertising, Sale, and Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We do allow advertising partners such as Meta and Google to collect information through cookies and pixels on the Website. They use it to show you Wambolt ads on other sites and to measure ad results. Some state laws treat this as "selling," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."

You may adjust privacy settings on the Your Privacy Choices page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Your Choices

  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
  • Cookies: adjust your browser settings or use the cookie controls on the Website.
  • Targeted advertising: adjust settings on the Your Privacy Choices page, turn on GPC, or adjust ad settings on the platforms you use.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and how we use and disclose it;
  • get a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and
  • appeal our decision on your request.

To make a request, use the Your Privacy Choices page or email crew@wambolt.co. We will verify your identity before completing requests to access, correct, or delete information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy. That includes fulfilling orders and pre-orders, supporting warranty claims for the warranty period, keeping business and tax records, meeting legal requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting our systems. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact crew@wambolt.co and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Website, products, services, or legal obligations change. The Effective Date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate, such as by email or a notice on the Website.
