Pre-Order Terms

These Pre-Order Terms apply to purchases of Wambolt products identified as pre-order or pre-production products. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Pre-Order Product

The Ready-to-Go System is currently in pre-production and is being offered before final production units are available.

Your pre-order reserves a production unit and helps Wambolt move the system through final engineering, tooling, manufacturing, and production.

2. What Your Pre-Order Includes

The Ready-to-Go System Founder’s Edition is currently expected to include the Ready-to-Go Hitch Deck and a pre-configured assortment of Ready-to-Go Boxes.

Final quantities, sizes, specifications, materials, finishes, mechanisms, packaging, and included components may change as engineering and manufacturing are completed. Any material changes to the system will be communicated before fulfillment where appropriate.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout when your pre-order is placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed or calculated during checkout where required.

4. Estimated Fulfillment

The current estimated fulfillment window is by Dec 31, 2027.

Any fulfillment or delivery date provided for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product development and manufacturing schedules may be affected by engineering, testing, tooling, materials, supplier availability, manufacturing capacity, freight, quality control, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.

5. Product Changes

The Ready-to-Go System shown on this website is a pre-production product. Images, renderings, prototypes, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, mechanisms, accessories, packaging, and other details may represent development-stage designs.

Wambolt may make reasonable changes before production in connection with engineering, manufacturing, durability, safety, usability, supply availability, quality, or other product-development requirements.

Wambolt intends to preserve the core function and character of the product represented at the time of pre-order.

6. Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before order is fulfilled by contacting crew@wambolt.co. If the order has not entered fulfillment, a full refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available and the standard Returns policy may apply.

7. Delays

Pre-order fulfillment may be delayed for reasons associated with product development, manufacturing, testing, transportation, supplier availability, or other circumstances.

If a material delay affects your order, Wambolt will use the contact information associated with your purchase to provide a revised estimate. If the order has not entered fulfillment, a full refund will be applied to the original payment method if the order is cancelled.

8. Shipping

Shipping destinations, charges, delivery estimates, address requirements, and tracking information are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and notifying Wambolt of any required address changes before fulfillment begins.

9. Returns After Delivery

Once a pre-order has been delivered, return eligibility and refund procedures are governed by the Wambolt Returns policy.

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

10. If Wambolt Cannot Fulfill Your Pre-Order

If Wambolt determines that it cannot fulfill a pre-order, Wambolt will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

11. Significant Product Changes

If a material change substantially alters the product being offered, Wambolt may provide affected customers with additional information or options as appropriate.

12. Warranty

Applicable warranty coverage begins as described in the Wambolt Warranty policy and is subject to the terms, exclusions, and requirements stated there.
